  1. Savbmp - is a VB3 project which
  2. demonstrates a simple way to save a
  3. bitmap to disk from a picturebox and
  4. choose the color depth independent of
  5. the video driver. It also processes the
  6. image one line at a time, to avoid
  7. using too much memory, and can save
  8. images in monochrome, 16-color,
  9. 256-color, or 16 million colors.
